• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and free from any damage.
• The product must be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
• Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

• Once authorized, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Please ensure the package is insured and trackable, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
